    For these noble purposes, OyF Services of Ecuador has committed to supporting the commercialization of Panasia's products in South America. Panasia's GloEn-Patrol™ Ballast Water Treatment System is a combined physical treatment system that utilizes filtration and ultraviolet radiation as a more eco-friendly solution, optimally designed for the installation and operation of all types of vessels handling these waters.


    By adopting the least invasive technology and meeting IMO requirements for ballast water treatment in ships, GloEn-Patrol™ effectively disinfects aquatic organisms and pathogens without producing any toxic or aggressive substances during the ballasting and deballasting of ships. The filter unit filters out sediments and organisms larger than 50㎛ as a pre-treatment, while those smaller than 50㎛ are disinfected by UV radiation.

    The Company has manufacturing facilities and asphalt terminals located in the center of every region in Thailand with close proximity to our customers. With these facilities strategically covering all regions, the Company can promptly deliver asphalt products to domestic customers in Thailand, as well as, to neighboring countries via its own fleet of 300 trucks. This unique logistic capability is core to Tipco Asphalt’s dominance of the domestic market. Building on this capability, the Company also owns and operates nine oceangoing asphalt vessels which significantly expand our presence in the export market. These vessels also import asphalt into Thailand in the event shortage of domestic asphalt supply.


    Tipco Asphalt operates a refinery in Kemaman, Malaysia through its subsidiary, Kemaman Bitumen Company Sdn. Bhd. (“KBC”).KBC, located on 26 hectares of land in the Telok Kalong Industrial Estate, has a nameplate refining capacity of 30,000 barrels of heavy crude oil per day. In 2015, KBC processed 12 million barrels or 1.9 million tons of asphalt and non-asphalt products.
